Where To Find Good Products To Promote As An Affiliate.

Most of us will start in ClickBank. It is free to join and there you will be able to promote all kinds of electronic products, like ebooks and software instantly.

But I must warn you, if you are promoting internet marketing products to more experienced internet marketers, that also work with Click Bank, they will soon recognize your affiliate link and replace it with their own, and get the commission you were hoping for.

There is techniques you can use to hide that link, and therefore, with new products, and the "right" kind of URL, you can make that work well for you.

In Commision Junction, or CJ, you can choose from a wide range of categories and products. I have them listed for you here.

Accessories, Games & Toys, Art/Photo/Music, Gifts & Flowers, Automotive, Health & Beauty, Books/Media, Home & Garden, Careers, Insurance, Clothing/Apparel, Legal, Marketing, Commerce, Medical, Phonecard Services, Reaction & Leisure, Computer & Electronics, Education, Shops/Malls, Sport & Fitness, Entertainment, Family, Travel, Financial Services, Web Services and Food & Drinks.
In other word something for all of us to promote. There is a small problem though. After signing up with CJ, you do not get automatically approved to promote their programs. You actually have to apply for each one that you are interesting in working with. Some of them can be hard to get approved by. If that happens, you are not the first, head over to another and try again.

It can also be a bit difficult to navigate in there, actually where to sign up isn't obvious, on the home page if you hover over the green field where it says Publishers, there will drop down a menu and you will choose Application from there. They will also ask for your website, I had just a blog when I first applied, and that worked fine.

Another resourse is LinkShare. I have heard positive things about them and are planning to start using them myself soon.
